Chia pudding is one of my favourite snacks, it’s quick, it’s easy and it’s flexible. The possibilities are endless. My favourite way of serving chia is topped with fresh fruits. However you can top it with anything, fresh fruit, nuts, granola. The sky is the limit.
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2½ cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Mix the chia pudding again and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir well, divide chia pudding over bowls and top with your favourite topppings.
