My favourite breakfast is a healthy easy and quick meal that will keep me going till lunch. Lately my favourite has been a chia pudding bowl.
I tried chia pudding in the past but my issue was always that it was too bland or not sweet enough for my taste. After some experimenting with different flavours I have gotten to a healthy combination that takes me less than 2 minutes to get ready in the morning. And on a Sunday night I can prepare a batch big enough for the entire week.
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, add more water if needed. (Depending on the power of your food processor or blender you may have to thaw the mango first)
