Ingredients
  • 1 cup dried chilies
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Soak the chillies for 30 minutes in hot water.
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until it has turned into a paste, add water if needed.
