Ingredients
  • 2 mandarins, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Notes
For this crush you will need a high powered blender. If you have a standard blender you will keep fibre from the mandarin in your smoothie.
