Sweet and delicious, this kiwi mango crush is filled with fresh fruit and juice for natural sweetness.
Even though Wednesday’s have been smoothie Wednesday’s for the past few months. Today will be the last smoothie for a while. Since we are heading into winter in Melbourne smoothie weather unfortunately is over.
To end smoothie season in style I decided to end with a smoothie with all my favourite foods. This smoothie is loaded with mango and kiwi, since summer is really over I even had to resort to frozen mango. Thankfully mango is so amazing that even frozen mango rocks.
This crush is free from milks and relies on apple juice and water instead. If you prefer not to drink juice you can simply replace the apple juice with 2 apples.

- 2 kiwi fruits, if you have a high powered blender you can use the entire kiwi with skin
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ¾ cup apple juice
- ¾ cup water
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
