This drink is not only beautiful to look at. It is tasty, healthy and low in calories. With no refined sugars or any milks this mandarin mango crush is perfect for breakfast.
Of all the milk free drinks I have made so far this mandarin mango crush is by far my favourite. First of all because it has my favourite fruit – mango – in it. Secondly because this crush turned into one of the prettiest shades of orangy yellow I have seen in a drink. Somehow drinks with appealing colours just automatically taste better.
Now with this crush there is a side note. With every smoothie and crush I make I will test it in my Vitamix and a to go blender. In my Vitamix this crush was very easy to make. In my to go blender it was possible to make this crush. However, the mandarin has a lot of fibre which is mainly from the white fibre on the outside. Even when I removed as much of this as possible there would always be some of the fibre in the drink.

- 2 mandarins, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup water
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
